As an experienced leader and mentor, with a demonstrated history of working with children and adults, I work to offer a therapeutic space where safety and connection allow people to grow and heal. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and am a Licensed professional counselor (LPC) . I use a person centered and problem solving approach and believe in treating the whole person, body, mind and spirit. I often draw on mindfulness exercises, cognitie behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, attachment theory, and existential therapy to help clients. I work with children, families, and adults dealing with emotional and relational distress as well as helping emerging adults work through school, career and developmental difficulties.I also have extensive experience working with children and adults who are neurodiverse, providing person specific coaching to help with school, career, and behavioral difficulties. I offer executive functioning coaching to people with ADHD and Autism and incorporate this work into therapy.
