In this position, I directed a 30-member team and onsite operations locally and provided global support to departments in Saudi Arabia and UAE, ensuring compliance with standard processes and minimal non-productive time. I performed various functions, including chemical blending, pressure control, quality assurance, and hazard mitigation. I oversaw the diagnosis and repair of service equipment. I collaborated with cross-functional managers to train staff on new equipment and processes in order to deliver quality service. I communicated with customer representatives to address and resolve operational issues, ensuring the cost-effective use of resources. I analyzed KPI and EJCS data to acquire insights that led to updated process design and reduced service gaps. Some of my key achievements included: ⦁ Recognized as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in hydraulic fracturing methods, equipment specifications, and safety standards as well as high pressure systems and industrial engines and equipment.⦁ Played integral role in transforming global work methods in Production Enhancement PSL and later sought after by management as trusted advisor for input related to global processes and methods for several activities.⦁ Effectively trained workforce in undeveloped areas in Middle East on safety standards and best practices despite minimal infrastructure support and language barriers.

I supervised a 20-person remote and onsite crew in well treatment operations such as equipment mobilization and set up and job completion. I interacted daily with internal and third-party stakeholders regarding daily business activities, functional issues, and customer design requirements. I coordinated logistics of materials and resources and finalized customer billing, ensuring accuracy to achieve established objectives. I monitored job performance, trained new employees, established daily goals, and maintained customer relations. I performed troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of field equipment, materials, and tools such as various pumps, blending units, computers and data recording devices, cranes, forklifts, tractors, semi-trucks, and lab testing equipment. I generated and approved customer billing and tickets and maintained activity records, efficiency ratings, and materials tracking, ensuring accurate documentation. I also facilitated daily safety meetings to sustain crew health and wellness. My key achievements included:⦁ Promoted from entry-level assistant to Service Supervisor II within four years.⦁ Completed well treatments during tenure with minimal non-productive time and positive KPI feedback.⦁ Applied subject matter expertise in safety standards and work methods related to heavy trucks and equipment, chemical handling, high particulate zones, road safety, heavy lifting, overhead work, energy isolation, pressure hazards and hand tool usage to drive informed decision making.⦁ Fostered safe and inclusive work environment by responding to job incidents and conducting investigations and formal Taproot reviews.
