I was responsible for supervising a staff of 7 and maintaining an exemplary level of service our guests expected from the only four diamond hotel in the valley. I was also the Guest Services Manager’s personal assistant. I scheduled weekly, managed conflict, performed disciplinary action when needed, interviewed, hired and trained staff, orchestrated event.

I would greet customers as they came in and immediately offer coffee or tea, I would then sign them in and escort them to the correct service advisor in regards to their vehicle needs. I also took appointments for oil changes and assisted in any troubleshooting the customers had.
