● Develop, research and implement a strategy/core policies and procedures for actively recruiting, registering, educating, orienting and approving new volunteers for construction and Re-Store● Maintain and expand volunteer database and keep records of volunteer activities, including numbers of teams, volunteers, work hours, contact information, etc.● Recruit new class of board members and committee members each year as well as develop a six month orientation class for seamless integration at start of term● Develop a capital fundraising campaign and event complimented with smaller home build and event centered campaigns to raise money for the Habitat for Humanity Lima Area affiliate ● Convey information publically through television and radio appearances, newsletters, PSA’s and maintaining and upgrading the website as well as social media ● Connect and expand partnerships with organizations in the community looking for mutually beneficial collaborations leading to increased funding, exposure and volunteer opportunities for corporate partners.

• Provided an excellent experience to customers, volunteers, and donors each day through conveying the vision of Habitat and making sure each group feels meaningful during their time at the store• Effectively received and processed donations to move to the sales floor in a timely fashion, making sure they are cleaned, priced and placed on the floor quickly• Coordinated volunteers so that they feel that their time is a value to the ReStore by making sure they are equipped for the roles they take on and have plenty of tasks that match their interests and skills
