I am the full-time CrossFit instructor/Outreach coordinator for the Tampa region for The Phoenix. We are a non-profit helping those recover from substance use disorder by offering free physical fitness activities. We're an active sober recovery community. All of our events are free as long as the participant is 48 hours clean and sober. We believe the community of fitness and exercise is one. We are helping break the stigma of addiction.
