My name is Caleb Fleming, to me hard work was always something I enjoyed. That sounds odd but true. From elementary school up until my high school graduation I kept my GPA above a 3.75. This was a big thing in my household, school came first as it help pave the path for your future. This hard work in school led me to many great opportunities throughout my schooling career. Things such as attending Math Field Day my sixth grade year representing East Dale Elementary. In Middle School one big achievement I obtained was being inducted into the National Junior Honor Society. Going into my Junior Year of High School I attended The American Legion Mountaineer Boys State, where I learned important leadership skills and had a great experience. My senior year I also was inducted into 5 societies such as Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, and Social Science Honorary. My senior year I also got my first Job working as a ride operator for Valley Worlds of Fun in Fairmont, West Virginia, where I got my first learning of customer service. This is where I truly began to realize how much life changed when you start making your own money. Even if it is just some part time job while school is the primary focusedWhich leads me to today where I am Attending FSU full time, and working a Part Time job at Firehouse Subs located in Fairmont, West Virginia. This has been my present job for a little over a year now, and I have been able to apply my previously mentioned customer service and leadership capabilities to this job.
