Milwaukee is my place of home approximately 1 year into my first job! I graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) in the spring of 2022 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. I have completed three internship programs while at MSOE to gain valuable insight in the engineering world. Along with my degree, I carry four years as a varsity athlete in lacrosse with one being as a captain. MSOE has developed my critical thinking skills into productive innovation at Milwaukee Tool. As a reliability engineer at Milwaukee Tool, I take on a different role than most reliability engineering as it is known. I am a part of the new product development (NPD), where I facilitate critical testing to ensure the tool in development is as 'Heavy Duty' as it can be. Think of it as a quality engineer, prior to the product being released for users.While at Milwaukee Tool, I have blossomed my critical thinking, empowered leadership, and organizational skills to ensure I can be the most impactful contributor I can be. I strive to learn from my failures and continue to my success as I continue to work for Milwaukee Tool.
