  My responsibilities cover a wide range of areas at Fair Family Services.First and foremost I am in charge of the agencies monthly billing data. I maintain and upgrade all related documents and files. These include;1) Productivities used by staff members to log and total their time claimed.2) A billing master that combines all productivities into a summary for review and final billing totals. Then calculates the staffs percentage of the final dollar about paid, and then compile respective claims for staff pay stubs.3) Finally the master is used to generate summaries for the fiscal cost report every year. The billing system is based in Microsoft Excel 2013, and has been in development since Fair Family opted to start billing electronically in early 2012, and is still a work in progress as new needs arise in the company. Being new to the medical industry, I had to learn about the needs of the agency and the medical industry to complete complicated claims, and adjust the excel billing workbook accordingly.I also provide technical or logistical support for information technology anywhere it's needed in the company. Lastly I am in charge of upgrading and maintaining agency laptops and office network systems, mostly for data transfer.
