Engineer Equipment Operations Supervisor
CurrentResponsible for supervising dispatching and operations of 47 pieces of heavy equipment and motor transport assets, worth over 6 million dollars, in the performance of missions in and around Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Completed 1,005 missions, compiling 23,940 road miles, 3,712 heavy equipment operation hours, moving over 9.3 million pounds of gear without mishap. Ensure records and forms for dispatching of all heavy equipment and motor transport assets are properly completed in accordance with Marine Corps orders and directives. Ensure all records and forms for preventative and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment and motor transport assets are properly completed in accordance with Marine Corps orders and directives. Analyze daily mission/run requests through the online USMC Transportation Capacity Planning Tool. Induct all equipment as necessary into the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps preventative and corrective maintenance cycle and track progress. Organize and support on-load and off-load of Marine Expeditionary Units ships in support of combat operations. Provide leadership and expertise in engineering projects and shop related functions. Supervise inventory and control of tools and assets. Supervise lot foreman on preventative maintenance of equipment, lot organization and cleanliness.
