Senior Systems Analyst
- Analyze incoming service requests for varying telecommunication products needed (internet packages, phone service packages, Ethernet circuit packages, etc.).
- Complete company projects and represent department as Senior Analyst. Analyze needs of product and work with a large team of various disciplines to create, test, and release new products to commercial and residential.
- Conduct internal audits of the production environment to ensure correct revenue. Report errors and work with team members to fix impacts to revenue.
- Communicate extensively with requestors to verify accuracy of incoming tickets and products needed.
- Utilize the internal Service & Equipment software to build the requested products for a nationwide area of supported locations accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze, update, and solve issues within the production environment through the Remedy ticket system
