My career began at the age of 10 when I practically begged to be allowed to work in the family business. Starting as a shop hand and working up to business development provided a lot of experience, but some of the biggest lessons I learned before starting a business was during my time at ADT Security. At this company, I started in outside sales and resigned as a branch manager - the takeaways and lessons seemed to be endless, and honed my skills for the lifelong journey of being an entrepreneur. Today, I live and operate my businesses with one simple (and biblical) principal: treat others as you wish to be treated yourself. Armed with this as motivation allows me to make decisions fast and with integrity. Throughout this entrepreneurial career I have learned to face mistakes & failure as lessons learned and not to be repeated (sometimes you win, sometimes you learn).Two interesting facts about me:1 - I do not follow any sports (if I did, it would be motorsports)2 - My favorite drink is ice-cold Coke in a wineglass full of ice
