Selected for special IT team (Combat Camera Deployment) before upgrade training was even completed, this was accomplished only through Command approval. Selected as team member for specially manned IT team responsible for the maintenance of cameras, computers, servers and satellite systems located throughout Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was responsible for the main support hub for 12 teams of photographers and videographers equipment as they captured footage from hostile areas in the country for historic and strategic purposes. I was in charge of maintenance, installation and accountability of all the IT, Audio/Visual and satellite systems in country, as well as logistical movement of equipment across the country to ensure 100% mission capability.
