In this role, I lead our agile project team meetings, manage our team's product backlog and project assignments, and act as the primary contact for project requests related to our corporate sites and intranet. I also assist as needed with member portal projects and continue to act as the primary analyst on projects that I have the most historical knowledge on, such as Medicare and chat within the member portal. Additionally, I act as the liaison with several vendors particularly in relation to the company's messaging efforts. I also work on our team's education and training and assist other team members on project analysis as needed.Our team works with a variety of tools, technologies, and vendors. Primary tools include Sitefinity CMS, Sharepoint and Sharepoint 365, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Office, Service Now, Postman, and proprietary vendor and in-house tools.
