• Coordinate outside service/vendor arrival, check in, and check out for completion of subcontracted work• Manage and coordinate construction and maintenance projects in and around the stadium• Perform visual inspections and site surveys of various stadium elements to determine maintenanceand ensure that the stadium is in order prior to events• Dispatch HVAC, engineering, conversions, and housekeeping assignments to necessary personnel onevent and game days• Delegate work order forms and tasks to engineering personnel• Support the operations department during events such as She Believes Cup, Copa America, AtlantaUnited FC Matches, Rolling Stones Concert, and Kenny Chesney Concert•Make local pick ups/deliveries of supplies and equipment when necessary

• Manage and support setup and breakdown of home athletic events• Act as a liaison for visiting teams and officials upon arrival to the facility• Supervise student athletic event ambassadors and provide instruction when necessary

• Communicate with students to resolve problems and provide solutions• Ensure students can navigate safely around campus and provide support within residence• Host and facilitate community events and programs for residents monthly• Provide third party evaluation in conflicts between students

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the athletic facilities and events office• Perform walkthroughs to ensure all aspects of the facility are in working order• Update event manuals for athletic events
