Caleb joined Bryant Park Capital in 2020 and is currently a Vice President in the firm's Philadelphia Office. He plays an integral role by leading deal execution across a wide range of the firm's engagements, including debt and equity capital raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, and advisory services, across several industries. He also assists with merchant banking opportunities through the firm’s cannabis industry vertical.Caleb's previous experience includes the Finance & Strategy group at Block (NYSE: SQ), where he helped spearhead strategic planning initiatives for the Square GTM business unit. He has also worked in KPMG’s management consulting practice, advising clients on a variety of financial and operational strategy initiatives, and at EY, where he performed audit and attest services for clients in the financial services industry.Caleb holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder and a FINRA registered representative (Series 79 and 63).
