- Sets agenda and runs NRHH Chapter & Executive Board meetings.- Oversees the duties of the Executive Board and meets bi-weekly with Executive Board members.- Serve as a liaison between the Chapter, and the Housing and Residence Life Department- Manages chapter social media accounts and website updates.- Advocacy

Take the lead in identifying and addressing concerns or recommendations affecting the residence hall communitiesAct as a resource to residents with diversity and policy concerns they identify within the residence hall communitiesOversee and appropriately act on any resident comments or complaints submitted to the RHA emailWrite and submit proposals to the RHA advisor for final review in order to obtain funding for projectsOversee and coordinate the required philanthropy or community service program each academic year with the Director of Development and ProgrammingMeet one-on-one with RHA Advisor(s) weekly, or biweekly as necessary

Responsible for providing exceptional customer first experienceAble to help customers problem solve through different aspects like finding products and budgetingEfficiently and effectively handled cash and credit card transactions
