8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product manufacturing and packaging. I have worked in roles from front-line process engineering in a 24/7 manufacturing environment to global product owner for a multi-billion dollar device portfolio. I now lead a team of engineers and scientists in creating and implementing the technical agenda and quality control strategy for device, vial, and tablet/capsule assembly and packaging. I am an expert in root cause analysis, asset commissioning and qualification, failure modes and effects analysis, process control, and product validation. In general, I am able to quickly resolve technical challenges and generate new ideas by removing complexity and applying the law of diminishing returns.Outside of work I enjoy endurance sports, particularly long distance running. I contested the 2020 and 2024 US Olympic Marathon Trials and competed collegiately at Purdue in Track & Field and Cross Country, graduating with university top-10 marks in the indoor 3000m and 5000m events. I recorded the (unofficial) 4th fastest all-time marathon performance by an Indiana native - 2:14:50 in 2022. In 2019 I co-founded the Working Man’s Track Club (wmtcusa.com) to foster a community of competitive athletes and training partners in the Indianapolis area.I am also a certificated private pilot and enjoy exploring the Midwest from the air in general aviation aircraft.
