As an employee of Geotechnics, I have gained experience in all aspects of Geotechnical and GeoSynthetic testing from sample prep to data acquisition to data reduction and client deliverables. I have both ACI Field and Lab Testing Certificates as well as internal training on most ASTM Soil, Rock, Gravel, Concrete & Synthetics testing done in-house. My background clearances allow me to work on secure work sites, including coal fired and nuclear power plants. The Troxler training course has allowed me to work in the field utilizing a nuclear density gauge for density testing on soils and asphalts. In the lab, I have become very proficient in data reduction and working with several data acquisition softwares that allow Geotechnics' to continuously record data during testing that may take several days or weeks. While at Geotechnics, I have become a well-rounded technician, typist, decision maker, problem solver, client contact and employee.
