I led the creation of a bespoke form builder app that will transform processes, boost efficiency and customer engagement.This project aimed to shift provisioning information collection for SaaS products from manual Excel/Word forms sent via email to a dynamic web solution. This application opened up possibilities for provisioning forms to be delivered through auto-generated links, which would bypass intermediaries and speed up the overall provisioning and fulfillment process.The app's success hinged on its dynamic nature, since it future proofs the provisioning process for new Veritas SaaS products, and product modifications, and enables automation. Although a Proof of Concept (PoC), its impact sets the stage for operational changes. I prioritized code clarity for seamless implementation post-PoC.My contributions underscore my dedication to optimizing processes with technology. This experience reinforced my commitment to innovative, impactful results. I'm driven by the fusion of technical excellence and effective communication in an ever-evolving tech landscape.

My role as an intern at Veritas Technologies was marked by significant contributions that reshaped enterprise operations. I undertook a mission-critical project focused on optimizing Global Trade Management (GTM) operations.Identifying the bottlenecks caused by a legacy operation tied to outdated code and technologies, I spearheaded a groundbreaking transformation. My approach involved migrating the legacy operation to a dynamic web-based portal. By conceptualizing and developing this portal, I empowered administrators with real-time oversight of orders going through global trade compliance approval.Working collaboratively within a global team, I meticulously designed and executed the portal. The result was the eradication of inefficiencies that had hampered the previous system. The transition not only streamlined order management but also significantly reduced working hours for the GTM team.One of the pinnacle moments was presenting this transformative project during the intern showcase. This platform allowed me to showcase the tangible impact of my work, receiving positive feedback from managers and stakeholders. The project underscored the pivotal role of technological innovation in optimizing operations.My achievements were a testament to my ability to identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and execute projects that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
