- Design and implement cross-platform mobile/desktop applications to fit the company needs- Participation on cross-departmental team to identify, prioritize and schedule new product introductions and improvements related to our product configurator. - Working with other developers to implement and test changes associated with the configurator. - Promotion of software and data from development to test environments, and working with the business on validating changes. - Running bi-weekly publications to promote data and code changes from test to our production environment, and validating changes are successful.

- Provide dependable and timely resolutions to business users inquiries and issues.- Provide technical support assistance for the following areas: system set-up, configuration management, integration issues, performance tuning, upgrades and functional/feature support.- Administration of desktop and network systems.- Author technical documentation on common issues and solutions.- Interface and maintain effective communication with business users and team members.
