Worked on the Developer Monetization team to add a new sponsored games carousel to the Roblox Homepage on both the Website and Universal App increasing clicks on ads by upwards of 450%. Created a new ads root service in C# that packages and encrypts ad tracking data and sends the information upstream to the homepage. Made changes on the client side in both Typescript and Lua to render the sponsored game carousel and enable click-tracking on the client side instead of the backend.

Worked in Alexa Shopping SLU Routing Team to render a soft-landing response to customers who ask Alexa to buy non-shoppable items, improving customer satisfaction metrics. This involved the creation of new, modified confidence rules. Also added logic in the intent classification service to process and determine confidence for non-shoppable utterances. Finally, designed a new remote step and wired it into the Alexa shopping workflow.

Taught weeklong courses in Minecraft modding and writing Java applications over Zoom to small groups of students with varying levels of coding experience. The courses ranged from beginner coding lessons to more advanced game and application development.
