Director Of Operations
CurrentPrimary Responsibilities • Collaborate with the president to develop and execute strategic plans• Oversee and manage various departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity• Participate in key decision-making processes related to business development and operations• Act as a liason between the President and other team members, fostering a positive work environment while encouraging productivity • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly goals• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies for areas of improvement • Support the training and development of each team member • Identify and implement process improvements and cost saving initiatives to maximize our profit sharing pool and impact our local company share price and quarterly dividend payouts• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continous improvement, while embodying our core values; "The spirit of oppurtunity".Utilize skills such as,• Leadership/Management • Strategic thinking • Decision Making • Communication • Warehouse, wholesupply, supply chain • HVAC • Financial analysis • KPI monitoring • Office admin • Negotiation • Contracts • Profit & Loss • Accounts receivable
