Working my way up from a Stevens grad to the Plant Engineer of a high tech pasta manufacturing company, I have really been given the opportunity to experience all that makes these factories work. My years of hands-on experience have taught me how things need to work and how you do not have step by step instructions to follow. My time as an Engineer has then taught me to stop and ask questions to define root-cause on why things didn't go as planned. As well as how we can prevent this in the future.
