I'm an 🛰 Educator 📐 at heart who fell in love with the creativity, and complexity of coding. I was introduced to coding through my students. I wanted them to be introduced to skills that would translate into a successful career and stumbled upon coding. I found myself being just as interested, if not more, than my students. I started teaching myself some basics and enrolled in Bethel's School of Technology. I immediately knew I wanted focus to on Back End Development, but I also learned some Javascript, HTML, Angular, React, MySql, CSS, Flex box, Bootstrap. My professional journey started at Ramsey Solutions, where I joined the Entreleadership division as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Through exceptional mentoring, continuous personal education, and an innate love of learning, I quickly honed my testing skills. I progressed quickly and grew my skills to be able to automate UI E2E testing through a Ruby SDK that wraps Selenium. I challenged myself to further my testing depth by spear heading the load testing for our biggest event of the year, Summit, utilizing Flood.io.This relentless pursuit of excellence and dedication to advancing my technical skills propelled me to the role of Software Engineer in Test 2. My journey underscores the power of teamwork and support in achieving remarkable growth. As the saying goes, "You can go fast alone, but you can go far together."
