Caleb M. Mills is an Editor at E-International Relations Magazine and an Associate at the South China Sea Newswire. He holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Purdue University, where he worked as a research assistant. In 2023, Caleb interned at Vanderbilt University’s Latin American Public Opinion Project, studying the phenomena of autogolpes. His research has focused on comparative political theory, including democratic backsliding and the intersection between electoral politics and foreign policy. Caleb’s work has appeared in the Lima Chronicle, Asia Times, International Policy Digest, RealClearPolitics, and Geopolitical Monitor. In 2020, Caleb’s research on China’s ongoing water crisis was referenced in Anatol Lievens's book, "Climate Change and the Nation State: The Case for Nationalism in a Warming World." published by Oxford University Press.
