As Chief Underwriter at Synergy Investments USA, I lead a tight knit team of real estate professionals in evaluating and approving multifamily real estate acquisitions. I apply my skills in underwriting, financial analysis, market analysis, and risk management to ensure the quality and profitability of ours and our investors’ portfolios. I also collaborate with other departments such as investor relations, asset management, and sourcing to optimize our processes and policies. Prior to joining Synergy Investments USA, I worked as a bookkeeper and tax preparer at Brown Accounting Services, where I gained valuable experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. I have earned an Associate degree in Business management and administration from Estrella Mountain Community College, and plan to further my education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. I am passionate about the financial services industry and its potential to create positive social and economic impact. My goal is to further develop my underwriting expertise and to advance my career in commercial and multifamily real estate investing.
