At Mercer I worked as a standalone analyst across 15 teams with consultants and partners in the Investment Management division, primarily for an institutional client base. My responsibilities involved monitoring, evaluating and revising investment portfolios across an aggregate +$15B in client assets balanced in differing investment vehicles and asset types. My experience enhanced my project management capabilities, macro-economic comprehension, team management and leadership skills. During my tenure at Mercer, I developed advanced insights in the investment industry, analytical and organizational tactics, and confidence in multi-level management communications and diplomacy.

At Shiftboard I worked with executives to develop better insights to product and go-to-market investments. My efforts included a bottoms-up, revised company-wide financial analysis, including standardization across key SaaS metrics to measure the ongoing health of the business. I rebuilt historical revenues and go-forward forecasts to align with a cohort model (M/M and Y/Y) to uncover trends and challenges. I assembled a benchmark analysis against the Keybank SaaS Survey (grouped by TTM ARR) to identify comparable strengths and areas for improvement. I completed a competitive assessment that highlighted Shiftboard’s key differentiators, and researched potential acquisition targets. Tactically, I assembled macros to help CS improve enterprise implementations. During my Shiftboard tenure, I developed advanced insights to SaaS metrics, improved my cohort and financial modeling competencies, and gained confidence regularly advising executives.

At Pushpay I focused on financial forecasting and revenue modeling strategies to help improve the accuracy of projecting resource investments and outcomes. I contributed to the analyses of comparable public SaaS companies, logo churn, FTE headcount and the ramp-time to productivity. Underlying my efforts at Pushpay, I developed cohort models to measure MRR (monthly recurring revenue) and payments growth over time; this included forward-looking scenario planning to measure overall revenue efficiency. I completed a comprehensive regression analysis against the BVP Cloud Index, to impute Pushpay valuation by US public markets (informing potential US IPO timelines); the outcomes were reviewed with the Pushpay executive team and institutional investors. During my Pushpay tenure, I gained advanced modeling experience, developed SaaS analytics domain expertise, increased my Excel proficiency and sharpened my presentation skills.

At Area 360, I focused primarily on researching and developing new go-to-market channels. My efforts included identifying lead generation sources, uncovering potential collaboration partners, and organizing and filtering information in a CRM database (to serve the total addressable market). During my Area 360 internship, I increased my Excel proficiency, improved my research skills, gained valuable Base CRM experience, and a solid understanding of partnership terms and agreements.
