I am overseeing the design and production of a test apparatus to test gas springs used in dental chairs. Working in cooperation with A-dec we are designing an apparatus to test the gas springs for various loadings at 50,000+ cycles.

Grade weekly homework for Thermodynamics II and Fluid Mechanics

I pioneered the research and design of the next generation coronoid plate creating 3-D models and detailed drawings using Autodesk Inventor. I created prototypes using the rapid prototyping machine and led design review meetings. Other tasks included researching different injuries, their indications and treatments, and writing clinical research reports.

I worked to ensure that only quality steel was released. This included performing tensile tests, specimen preparation, hardness testing, and other experiments on the rebar and steel coils produced by the mill.

I learned to build water heater pans and door pans. I gained shop experience soldering, draining pans, making deliveries, and working with coworkers efficiently.
