This internship involved overseeing the standardization and translation of Albuquerque-based IT policies for remote site business requirements, implementing and maintaining IT security policies, authoring user guides for remote employees, planning employee training for current and future computing needs, planning IT department expansion, and maintaining day-to-day IT assets. The role also involves planning future project needs and maintaining other IT assets.

This internship involved modernizing charts and data to meet Department of Energy records standards, advising clients on Covid-19 policies, scheduling on-site operations visits, ensuring proper clearance and training, and ensuring shipments align with property logs and approval of hazardous and non-hazardous shipments.

This internship involved speaking with customers, lenders, and buyers/sellers to ensure service satisfaction, overseeing satellite office operations, preparing documents for property closing, warehoused documents after closing, and consulted with lenders for funding approval, as well as gathering title research documents from local government agencies.

During my internship, I reviewed citations, interviewed clients, and analyzed the required stature to create a compelling case for defense or prosecution. I then presented the case to the court and jury, awaiting their verdict.
