Shift Supervisor
Originally I started as a barista and dealt with responsibilities such as making drinks, taking orders atthe POS, warming food items, as well as various other barista duties. I was then promoted to trainerand was responsible for training new hires as well as ensuring food/beverage quality. Eventually I waspromoted to shift supervisor and took on more responsibilities such as opening/closing the store, handingout breaks and distributing tasks to baristas, cash management, putting away orders, clean plays, foodpulls, and overall ensuring the quality and standard are maintained throughout the store.
