Position Description:Supervisory Responsibility and Abilities: Responsible for coordination, direction, and evaluation of small to large Design landscaping projects. Adhere to construction responsibility in accordance with local and governmental laws and regulations. Responsible for delivering and executing scope of project, in accordance with Design plans and specifications.Qualifications: Bachelors in Landscape Architecture and a Minor in Landscape IrrigationAbilities: Abilities include, sales experience, design skills, estimating and bidding skills.Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, and professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Abilities include writing and analyzing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. In addition, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and the general public. Ability to converse read and write in Spanish and English.Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as, rations, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to interpret financial reports and utilize the information for profit enhancement.Certificates, licenses, Registration: Valid California Driver’s license.
