Tour to tour my job can look quite different here at Premier. Some days I am a rep taking care of a tour just for the day. Others I am a Tour Accountant on the road, handling settlements and all monetary aspects of the tour as a whole. Then I have also been the Director of Ticketing, managing guest lists for up to 10 different groups (artists, sponsors, owners, VVIPs), handling relocates, adding holds, opening seats to sell, and acting as on site customer service. Some days I am all three. At the end of the day as long as the artist is happy and the show goes off without a hitch I have done my job. But there is always another show to advance and another show to sell.

My main focus was establishing lasting relationships with our artists, tours, venue staff and providing quality customer service for those we represent. I coordinated display locations, trained merchandise volunteers, maintaining inventory stock, tracked incoming shipments, and closed out merchandise sales with venue/tour management. Artists/Tours worked include American Idol Live, Amy Grant, Brandon Heath, Byron "Mr. Talkbox" Chambers, Colton Dixon, CMA Fest, Francesca Battistelli, KLOVE Fan Awards, Matthew West, Parmalee, Steven Curtis Chapman, The Rolling Stones, WinterJam (West 2014, East 2015).

Served as administrative liaison to internal and external customers while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Maintained calendar by scheduling appointments and tracking meeting times and locations. Word processing (i.e. proposals, correspondence, reports, etc.) Screened , routed, and placed phone calls. Obtains necessary signature(s) for plans and documents. Made registrations; including maintenance of registration files, signature and seal schedule/log, and stayed current with upcoming expirations and completed all renewal forms for President. Maintained Klover Architects, Inc. Company calendar, contact list, and vendor list. Purchased office supplies.
