Hello. I'm currently an undergraduate student of mechanical engineering at CSU. I am extremely active, studious, and ambitious. When I'm not in classes, I'm all over the place. I work in a small CSU acapella group. We all practice 4 hours a week and it truly is a great time of bonding that doesn't involve classes and allows me to decompress from class and homework. A much larger part of my time is dedicated to my Campus Ministry: Christian Challenge. I have been an official core tem member for the last two years and have helped the group in any way that it needs. I help seek out new students, lead worship and lessons on occasion, run recording equipment, as well as anything else that is asked of me. This group is such an important part of my life and they have taught me many leadership skills that will be carried with me throughout my life. When outside of my campus ministry or volunteering at my local church I also try to keep up fun personal activities like running, swimming, playing guitar, swing dancing, whittling, reading, and watching movies with friends. The reality is, I love my life.I am also a very ambitious student with new goals for my future. I entered CSU, and learned that through a little work, I would finish in 3.5 years, but when I learned more about the opportunities within the graduate program, I discovered a new path. With only a year and a half remaining in my undergraduate program, I am looking to start the accelerated masters program and find a research team to work with during the duration of my Masters. My current goal is to finish a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on aviation technologies and manufacturing processes. If all continues to plan, my college experience will total 5 years in total.I am also a current Fab shop intern for Winn-Marion in centennial and I love it. I have learned many features of the oil and gas industry as well as control systems. Ultimately, I strive to be a great student who will accomplish as much in life as possible. I recognize the value of every person around me and strive to give into their lives as much as possible to make the world a better place.
