I providied outstanding customer service to the AAA Carolina's Membership in their time of need as a light service technician team member which is a part of the AAA TowMark division. In light service I provided: mobile battery tests & installations, jump starts, lockout, tire changes, and fuel deliveries in a courteous and efficient manor getting our customers back to their daily lives as quickly as possible. My customer satisfaction scores were perfect for over a year straight.

I began with Triangle Financial Advisors as an intern and progressed to a fully licensed registered assistant; obtaining the Series 6, 63, 7 securities licenses, and Certified Financial Planner™ designation. My primary role as a Paraplanner was using the E Money Pro financial planning software suite to create complex financial plans for our clients, by working closely with the clients during the financial planning process. Upon the completion of the planning engagement I worked with clients in establishing and maintaining outside connections as we maintained their personal financial websites. I am truly thankful for the opportunity Lorraine D. Johnson gave me and could not have asked for a better client base to serve.

I was responsible for maintenance of the Enterprise, National, and Alamo rental fleet at the RDU Airport on the weekends. My duties outside of direct vehicle repair included: checking in and inspecting new vehicles for damage while being delivered by truck drivers for the transport companies (car carriers), installing the newly delivered vehicles into the ERAC computer system (so the vehicle registration process could begin), vehicle in-fleeting along with preforming manufacture (GM, Ford, Chrysler) pre-delivery inspections, and completing NC Safety Inspections. Since there was not a manager on duty for the maintenance department over the weekends; I was the defacto “Go To Guy” for the rental branch managers on duty and the less experienced members of the maintenance team. I’m proud to say that I had excellent working relationships with the rental management and customer service teams that I worked with and also had the privilege to train several new team members.As an “A “tech I prepared vehicles that would be sold at the Enterprise Car Sales Raleigh location by: preforming the 109 point inspections, creating estimates for repairs, preforming approved, warranty, and recall repairs along with completing a North Carolina State Emission Inspection (OBD II).
