My T-Mobile journey began in 2018, and after a brief period of adjustment I quickly transitioned into a store leader in Johnson City, the highest volume store in the Tri-Cities. I began to reach outside of my scope for stretch assignments, while exceeding 7 different sales quotas and flex initiatives, continuously ranking 1st in the store, top 20% in the country. As a leader in these stores, I must be a resource of accurate information to help my peers give quotes, handle angry customers, and make sure every situation ends as positively as it can. I have spent the last three years at T-Mobile as a leader amongst the sales team in two separate locations, Johnson City and Kingsport.
