As a Quality Engineer for the past three and a half years, I have worked with internal and external customers and suppliers (engineering, manufacturing, planning, government customer) to support defect and cost reduction actions. My responsibilities include partnering with Quality and Manufacturing in order to ensure current processes and products meet the requirements of internal engineering documents, military standards and aircraft performance specifications, and AS9100 requirements. I am also responsible for the management and analysis of quality and cost data, as well as facilitation of root cause and corrective action investigations. As a part of this position, I have been certified as a Green Belt in Textron Six Sigma methodologies.
