Putting my professional background in a summary, I am an aspiring Family Nurse Practitioner willing to make my career in my domain. I completed my Associate Degree in Nursing from Saber College, Miami, FI, where I studied from 2011 – 2013 and later on my BSN from the same in 2016, I started working as a Nurse Supervisor for the night shift at St Annes Medical Center, Miami, FI where I am working till date. My job description includes supervising the night shift and making sure everything is done as per SOPs and procedures for the best interest of the patients and the center. My key responsibilities include - Responding to life-saving emergencies- Assessing the patient conditions- Planning and implementing patient care plans- Making sure all admissions are streamlined- Liasoning and delegating to other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.Earlier, I have been working as a Floor nurse (LPN) from July 2009 to May 2013 responsible for the care of 20 to 25 in-patients.
