Currently, I serve as the Employer Alliance Manager at Central Six Alabama Works, where I connect Healthcare Employers with job seekers supported by the Good Jobs Challenge. Through our work, job seekers will have access to careers in the healthcare field, providing economic stability and opportunity for themselves and their families. My journey to the non-profit sector began with a strong foundation in higher education. Having spent over a decade in various roles at Auburn University, Alpha Kappa Lambda Fraternity, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, I honed my skills in building relationships with others to connect them with resources. I am bringing those skills and knowledge from my experiences in an academic medical center to serve employers and HR managers.
