Plantaform develops fully automated indoor gardens powered by the most water-efficient technology, Fogponics. Without the need for soil, this indoor garden is able to grow up to 15 plants within 30 days with only one intervention every couple of weeks to refill the water tank. Its modern and elegant design makes it easy to integrate into anyone's homes, and its automation is beneficial for those individuals with busy lifestyles. It is our goal to promote self-sustainability by catering to urban housing and apartments where space is valuable.

Led a team of 30 undergraduate student first responder volunteers who are responsible for the emergency healthcare of McMaster University. Through this role I fostered my leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills. I was also able to determine my personal leadership style and modify it based on the personalities of my team members.

Ran a 2-hour weekly laboratory through oral presentations & human cadaver analysis. Used creativity to deliver engaging and informative sessions. During this role, I utilized feedback obtained from students allowing me to modify my teaching style to best meet their learning styles.

This position has 2 main responsibilities, the first being teaching standard first aid courses in affiliation with the Red Cross. The second being managing the health and safety of all involved in the summer camp programs. With 600-1,000 campers (ages 5-18) and 175 staff in attendance each day, the job can be demanding, requiring an efficient and compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced caregiver.Primary responsibilities include: Providing first aid to injured campers and staff and managing their return to activity/work Ensuring parents/guardians and/or supervisors are kept informed of all incidents Detailed daily reporting of all treatment provided in adherence to McMaster policy Developing engaging and informative camp-specific staff training modules Pre-camp review and follow up on camper medical forms Ordering and managing first aid supplies for all camps
