I have received certificates for AWS Cloud Practitioner, LPI Linux Essentials, and MTA Networking Fundamentals.I currently work at CyberArk as a Solutions Engineer.My previous role with CyberArk was a Enterprise Support Engineer (L2) where I worked with Enterprise level customers to resolve issues related to their PAM (Password Access Management) software both in on-premises and cloud environments (AWS & Azure) using web meetings and email. As well as provided on-call support over the weekend every 6 weeks for critical cases. I troubleshot issues with Windows, Linux, Web Servers, Docker Containers, and API calls. As well as provided RCA for issues that were observed and provided mitigation steps to avoid these issues in the future.I Traveled to Guadalajara, MX to train 9 new outsourced engineers for 3 weeks. Created a 3-week learning plan and 15+ test lab environments for the new engineers to troubleshoot.I was a top performer month after month for case closures, cases assigned, and high priority cases taken.I was Awarded with a CYBR Star Award for Continuous Improvement, which is 1 of 6 different awards given every 6 months. Candidates for the awards are chosen by referral only.I worked for Carbonite on their technical support team, where I diagnosed, troubleshot, and resolved issues related to services and products offered by Carbonite through remote sessions and emails. I resolved cases related to issues at the operating system, application, network, hardware, hypervisor, and cloud levels. I became very familiar with Windows, Linux, and IBM-I servers. I also worked as a TREO IT Intern for Zions Bancorporation in Salt Lake City where I rotated through different groups of the department (Application Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, Data Transmission, Servers, Database, Network) and shadowed many high-performing engineers. As well as helped them with the projects their teams were working on at the time.I graduated from Utah State University with a BS degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) and a minor in Spanish. I have consistently been praised as hard-working by my teachers, managers, and peers. I also created and managed a YouTube channel that grew to have 5000 subscribers and has over 2 million views across all of my videos. I also partnered with an advertising company called Curse Gaming that put ads on my videos to create revenue.I am bilingual in both Spanish and English.
