I worked with Enterprise level customers to resolve issues related to their PAM (Password Access Management) software both in on-premises and cloud environments (AWS & Azure) using web meetings and email. As well as provided on-call support over the weekend every 6 weeks for critical cases.Helped troubleshoot issues with Windows, Linux, Web Servers, Docker Containers, and API calls.
