Quick learning and ambition have been key while working for Delicious Wines. Having no previous experience with wine, I quickly became an indispensable asset on the team. As a Wholesale Account Manager, I have been responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. In this role, I drove sales by designing complete solutions with Apple and complementary product-service offerings. Consistently hit and exceeded sales quotas.I demonstrated and advised how customers can integrate technology into their homes and scale solutions across small to medium size businesses and educational institutions. I demonstrated a passion for technology and became the go-to resource across the store for our Hardware, Software, and Services. I used product knowledge, technical expertise, and creativity to meet customer needs and stay up to date on new information, product and service offerings, and company initiatives, by using internal tools and resources, on-the-job experiences, and peers. As a guide my job was to create an unforgettable experience for clients while ensuring the safety of both our guests and my dog team. One bad experience is detrimental to the business. This taught me both the importance of delivering excellent customer services and to treat every “at bat” with the utmost care. The dogs I worked with are full-grown Alaskan Huskies. Managing large, energetic dogs through snow storms and icy conditions required alertness and attention to detail on every tour. The job also came with a bottomless list of physically demanding tasks such as shoveling snow or fueling our fleet of snow machines. Working long hours in the cold while being constantly engaged physically and mentally was tough. But it taught me the true meaning of grit and hard work.
