Through this accredited program, I have gained a wide range of skills within the cybersecurity field such as Java programming, Linux systems, Assembly Language, computer processing, incident response, security governance, SQL databases, website building, and more. The knowledge I have gained has put me in a prime position to be a valuable asset in the world of cybersecurity. I know that I can take on any challenge and find solutions to any problem. I have a passion to continue to learn skills and expand my knowledge to keep up with the ever-growing world of cybersecurity. Cybersecurity is shaping the future of this world, and as professionals, we must be ready to take this on.My name is Caleb Smith. I am an undergraduate student at Eastern Kentucky University. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity, as well as a minor in Cybersecurity and Intelligence. I expect to graduate in December of 2023 and pursue a career in the cybersecurity field. I am currently working on my COMPTIA Security+ certification. I plan on pursuing an MBA with a concentration in cybersecurity shortly after obtaining my bachelor's degree. I would also like to get a second master's degree in Artificial Intelligence.

From an engineering standpoint, I did a lot of work with email security. A lot of this has to do with brand reputation in SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication methods for all Lexmark domains. I also assisted in the implementation of a new email security tool, aiming to help reduce the number of phishing emails Lexmark employees receive while also allowing for monitoring.
