Central Canada Account Manager
-I act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs across our Prairie Markets-My focus is to build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships through our B2B Sales focus-Daily tasks involve maintaining accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates/renewals, and client communication-I manage the daily sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met-My knowledge and understanding of our products and service offerings serve as a strategic tool to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
