As project manager at Lockheed Martin I have to make sure that all projects are integrated into our systems, make sure all departments are keeping up with the current task and make sure that the tasks are within a budget. I have to help solve issues that arise and mitigate inefficiencies. As a logistics analyst I fulfil customer orders and ensure shipments are made smoothly. I have to make sure that all inventory is up to date with certifications and remove expired items from inventory. For any items come back from being fielded, I have to make sure that these item are integrated into a technical inspection process so that the can be deemed repairable, or not repairable. For items that are repairable, once the production operations personnel determine what parts are needed, I place an order. I create spreadsheets to interpret data. I help mitigate issues in shipments and analyze what caused issues. Lastly I attend weekly meetings with customers.

As assistant manager I was the main company contact. I was responsible for answering all company phone calls, emails and handled every customer that walked through our doors. I had to consistently provide excellent customer service and apply problem solving skills to help customers with any issues. I assisted customers with scheduling of experiences as well as mitigated bad reviews by supporting customers who were unsatisfied. Assisting dozens of customers every day I was able to hone my customer service skills even further. Additionally, I would coordinate and direct all event days. Some event days could have as many as 130 customers driving in a day and up to 9 cars on the track at the same time. It was challenging to make sure the cars, track and instructors were being utilized effectively to maximize customer flow. One goal was to persuade every customer to upgrade their experience beyond what they originally spent. I was successful approximately 60% of the time. One project I accomplished in this role was creating a Microsoft excel macro that organized a chaotic spreadsheet of raw customer data pulled from our website. This macro organized the customers into a schedule for every event day and made a 2-hour job into a 2 second job. I was also responsible for training any new instructors on how to make sure customers were operating the cars safely, making sure the customers were improving on driving technique and how to provide top notch customer service.
