I spent six years in the U.S. Army with Infantry being my primary MOS. I specialized in heavy weapons, and mounted tactics as an ITAS/TOW 240B gunner. After 5 years in the Infantry I moved to US Army North as an operations NCO where I handled all physical security for the compound and battalion headquarters building. This included using JPAS daily to check security clearances, control of all cameras and key lock boxes, the magnetic locking system for all the doors, and active shooter protocols. During my time in the Army I achieved two Army Achievement medals for leadership, hard work, and by being cross trained in areas outside of my normal duties. I also have 3 years of college all as a nursing student where I learned a great deal about medicine, and treatment. I am searching for employment that will make use of the skills I learned in the Army, and college. I now contract for Triple Canopy in Afghanistan as a high threat armed guard.
