I provide customer service to policy holders with questions about their insurance, and assist agents and customers in various tasks related to their policies.

As a machine operator for Dairy Farmers of America, it was my responsibility to operate various machines used in the process of packaging and loading/unloading bottled and canned beverages, including forklift. I also helped keep the work areas clean and sanitized, as well as kept track of inventory using SAP, and organized inventory in the warehouse.
