Underwrote 100+ deals to place a preliminary valuation on multifamily apartment buildings, brought through an extensive network of brokers that had a market value of over $2B. Completed tax and insurance projects that directly helped C-suite executives make decisions and analysis to develop a portfolio-wide insurance and escrow policy. Assisted in writing the quarterly reporting letter that was sent directly to investors of the firm, which comprised of both independent and market research, along with portfolio review and analysis.
