Consulting project with Trane through the Darla Moore School of Business. Expected Six Sigma Green belt by December 2023. Working to improve the material moving process to fix high warranty costs from damaged units.

I worked in the distribution center at the Thomasville location. In this role I led 3 projects throughout the summer. We were able to gather quantifiable data of how these were successful. I also led a project to test out different ways of picking. Throughout this role my leadership skills grew tremendously. I learned how to talk with upper management as well as the lowest employee on the hierarchy. I also became proficient in the operating system that was used, CAMS.
