While a Senior Financial Analyst on the Finance Innovation Team, I acted as an internal consultant supporting various finance teams within our North America region when came to automating business processes by leveraging tools such as Alteryx, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and SQL within Snowflake.

While at Delta, I was a part of the Reservations Data Strategy Team. My primary responsibilities were acting as both a Project Manager for Delta's new workforce management tool as well as being a Data Product owner to support all data derived from WFM.

While working on the Content Analytics Team, my role primarily served as an analytics consultant for other partner teams. We leverage tools such as SQL to create models to analyze various data points. In addition to any ad hoc requests that funnel through the team, I help to manage an offshore team of data scientist that do exploratory analysis for a number of potential opportunities within the business.

During my time in this role my main focus was analyzing monthly generated reports and evaluating key metrics on individual branch locations in order to optimize performance. I also maintained knowledge of new investment products and assisted with developing new sales and marketing strategies.

During my time at The Home Depot, I was tasked with developing an algorithm to classify 100,000+ images at a time into 5 different image type categories. In order to accomplish this goal, I leveraged UserTesting to determine key insights on classifications and Python coding to create a working model. I had to extract the image data, transform and clean the data, then load it into the system in order for the model to perform. During this phase of the project, it was crucial to work cross-functionally with a team of skilled Data Scientist in order to achieve organizational goals. Once the model is implemented company-wide it will improve data quality and significantly reduce the amount of time taken to accomplish the day-to-day business functions. Overall, this model is poised to generate in excess of $12 million for the company.
