I am responsible that the monthly medications that we supply to our homes are accurate and in order per patient with all the medications that they are currently on. How I make sure of that is I scan in each drug they are on to a specific tote per home and then I check each drug off on the patient check off sheet that I print out. When all that is marked off I make sure nothing else is missing and I print out a manifest and put all the medications per patient in order in a tote and seal it up and send it out to the warehouse for the drivers to pick them up and send it out to the home.I also fill daily medication orders that come through during the day and make sure that the product and medication for the patient is labeled correctly.I keep my area clean and organized.
